All memberships are now annual, and will be valid from 1 year of purchase.   We manage our memberships via an online digital platform called Clubmate.  To renew membership or apply for new membership please use the “join us now” button to be redirected to clubmate or download the clubmate app for your mobile device. You can also view, download or print the current membership & rule book here.

ALL NEW MEMBERSHIPS REQUIRE AN ID PHOTO, NO NEW MEMBERSHIPS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT ONE.

Please note, when uploading a photo, this can only be done once, any changes would have to be done by the membership secretary. If you experience any difficulty please email us at: info@hhdas.com.

Existing members will receive emails inviting them to renew their memberships through Clubmate. If you are an existing member and you are using a different email to the one that you originally gave us, please email us at info@hhdas.com to update the record. When you log in using your email for the first time, you will be sent a one time access code and asked to set your password. From there you will be able to purchase a new membership.
