The Haywards Heath & District Angling Society are committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our members and committee members wherever possible. We appreciate that a lot of the works undertaken by our members to maintain our lakes and rivers can at times be dangerous which is why we have put in a place a dedicated health and safety policy along with risk assessment forms to help ensure accidents are prevented before they have a chance to occur.

Any member or committee member who is coordinating a work party is required to have read and familiarised themselves with our health and safety policy and to have to hand a copy of the appropriate risk assessment form or forms if more than one is required before carrying out work.
